Forgive me for being a bit of a Cord geek ever since seeing Ab Jenkins’ 812 Beverly Indianapolis/Bonneville record car at the old Harrah collection: the Cord 810 was the 1936 model and the Cord 812 was sold in 1937. The 810 was never offered in supercharged form, but 812 was available with either the Lycoming FC supercharged V-8 or the Lycoming FB unsupercharged V-8. Some owners had superchargers and their distinctive side-pipes fitted to their 810’s, although the FB had a different firing-order and camshaft design.
What an interesting collection! Nice reference to Leon Blum (with his big grey moustache and pince-nez) rolling through Paris in the Art-Deco Panhard.
